Report on Sports Day – Mount Tabor Training College
Date: March 6, 2025
Venue: College Sports Ground

Mount Tabor Training College celebrated its Annual Sports Day with great enthusiasm and spirit on March 6, 2025, at the college sports ground. The event aimed to encourage physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students.

The day’s proceedings were inaugurated by Ms. Gayatri, the National Wushu Champion, who was the chief guest of the occasion. In her inaugural address, she inspired the students with her journey in martial arts and emphasized the role of sports in building character, discipline, and confidence. Her motivational words set an energetic tone for the day's competitions.

The event kicked off with a well-coordinated march-past by the students, followed by a series of athletic events and group games. Participants competed with high energy in events such as sprints, relays, long jump, tug of war, shot put, and the intense Circle of War competition.

Among the many outstanding performances of the day, I stood out by securing first place in Shot Put and second place in Circle of War. These achievements were a testament to dedication, strength, and sportsmanship, bringing pride to both the individual and the institution.

The event concluded with a prize distribution ceremony where winners were awarded medals and certificates by the chief guest and college principal. The Sports Day was a resounding success, leaving students motivated to continue pursuing physical excellence and camaraderie.
